Create logical triggers

  • Open then Create Triggers program from the menu: X/E-Files > X/E Tools > Create Triggers

  • In the Create Triggers screen, there are three main buttons

[W] -Create Write trigger
[d] -Create Delete trigger
[f] -Create Field trigger

Clicking on these buttons will create the write, delete and field level triggers respectively for the selected table(s). These trigger files are created in the directory location specified in the ‘File Directory’.

  • You can select the table(s) from the table selection list whose logical triggers are to be generated.
  • The fields selection list is used to generate field level trigger procedure within the logical write trigger file.
