Security by User/ User Group

A quick way to define user specific security is by adding User names to the security fields. Refer the figure below, here we added a user name ‘mahesh’ and ‘javra’ to Create security field and only ‘javra’ to Copy security field.

Multiple users or groups can be added in the same manner by using comma to separate users. Here a comma means ‘Or’ but do not use ‘Or’ for comma.

Figure below shows the ‘Create’ icon enabled and ‘Copy’ icon disabled for user ‘mahesh‘ since Copy is only allowed for ‘javra‘.
