Running batches on Windows

On Windows the batch can be run with the following commands:

proenv prowin32 -b -pf xfiles.pf -ini xfiles.ini -p x/xbherunix.p -param "SENDMAIL"

The PF simply needs to connect to the database server; and the INI file should specify the correct PROPATH for running an HTML5 application session.

The param should specify the name of the batch to run (e.g. either FIFO, DAILY or SENDMAIL).
